The height for our Xtra spray booths is 2.7 meters internal.
This allows you to easily fit any car inside and leaves plenty of room even with 4x4 vehicles. Standard height booths offer 2.4 meters internal height, but with the Xtra spray booths you have the opportunity to be able to spray small vans which would not fit in 2.4 meter high booth.
The light commercial vehicle height for our spray booths is 3 meters internal. With this height it allows you to spray big vans and other unique vehicles which need extra height. All our LCV spray booths can have the same extraction methods as our standard spray booths, so if your in need of more height our LCV range is what you want.
Our Standard Height spray booths have an internal height of 2.4 meters, and our range includes our wheel box booths, full length booths and extract only smart repair booths.
The commercial spray booths are for vehicles or other objects that are extremely large. We can design equipment that is special to your industry and meet your unique specifications, we have multiple extraction methods to choose from. If you're looking for something on the larger side with the same quality performance a commercial spray booth is what you need.
Our industrial spray booths are less for the automotive industry and more for other industries like; furniture, metal chroming, glass, carpentry etc. All booths completely designed around the customer. multiple extraction methods available
If for any reason one of our standard sized booths may not fit into your workshop we do offer a Bespoke spray booth build option. These can be installed to your specifications for almost any situation. We have 3 extraction methods; rear, side and pit and price will change depending on the extraction and size of the spray booths.
We are now offering our fantastic rear extraction booths (RearEx and SpaceSaver) as X-Works packages. These are the same top quality booths and come complete with a comprehensive step by step installation guide, full user manual.

The Spacesaver spray booth does exactly what it says in the title. It saves you space by being able to fit into the corner of your garage. It does this because it has the extraction area built within the rear of the booth and also has roof mounted plant, instead of the usual pit extraction with the side extraction plant. It also saves you more money as you will not need to dig a pit.

Our RearEx Spray booth uses an extraction chest that sits at the rear of the booth (side is also an option),instead of the usual pit extraction with the side extraction plant, Allow an extra 1.5m (1.7m for LCV sized booths) to overall booth size for the plant. This spray booth is great for units with low height ceilings as the plant sits on top of the extraction chest, and sits no higher than the spray booth itself. It is easier to maintain as well because it's all at floor level and is easily accessible. The rear chest is convenient as there is no ground work needed before the installation.

Raised floor spray booth gives you a full floor extract without the groundwork of a down draught. The 350mm raised floor gives the booth an even airflow throughout, and the plant can be mounted on either side or at the back of the booth, allow an extra 1.5m for standard sized booths and 1.7m for LCV sized booths to overall booth size for the plant. Internal humpback ramp design allows you to save workshop floorspace or external ramp design can be installed if preferred.

Our Smart Repair Booths perform as well as any other smart repair booths, but have the advantage of extra height and entrance width. The unique design will fit into most workshops, and will allow you to do smart repairs on anything from a bumper or a panel up to a full vehicle.
